A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002, in Finley's Sunset Hills Mortuary for Foster Meyers, who died Feb. 6 at age 93.
Mr. Meyers was born July 28, 1908, in Eagle Creek. He graduated from Oregon State College and was an examiner and counselor for the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles for 40 years. In 1935, he married Rosalie L. Strong.
Survivors include his wife; daughter, Janet Terpstra; son, Larry; sister, Evelyn Rouse; and four grandchildren.
